If the customer cancelled 4 days before the trip - 100% of the amount would be refunded
If the customer cancelled 24 hours prior to the trip - 50% of the amount to be refunded
If the customer did not show on the day of the trip - none of the amount would be refunded
For circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (i.e. the weather, a guide being unavailable, etc.)- 100% refund or the customer can be offered to choose a substitute product of approximately same length/geography by Company.
